• Manage and oversee relationships with all Collaboratory customers throughout their entire lifecycle (onboarding, implementation, rollout, and day-to-day use) achieving a 95% customer approval rating in 2019

• Leverage my knowledge and expertise in higher education community engagement to increase customer satisfaction, retaining 100% of all customers I onboarded

• Support customers successfully implement, use, and leverage Collaboratory software and its data, growing Collaboratory’s Net Promotor Score from 33 to 67 in the past 6 months (September 2019 – February 2020)

• Facilitate monthly professional development opportunities for all customers, cultivating a community of practice for engaged faculty, staff, and campus leaders across various institution types

• Apply a consultative approach to encourage sustainable use and growth of Collaboratory software by generating, refining, and regularly reviewing individual Success Plans with all customers

• Develop resources, programs, and content (e.g. Collaboratory Scholars, monthly blogs, Administrator Summits) to ensure long-term customer retention and success

• Collaborate with sales, product, and research departments, providing customer voice and higher education expertise to drive product improvement and increase customer success

• Promote understanding of product implementation and data use to the wider field of higher education via reports, papers, blogs, and conference and web presentations

• Manage the planning, promotion, and implementation of 20+ Best Buddies university programs throughout Indiana, receiving 2015 International Program Manager of the Year

• Successfully maintain strategic partnerships between universities, student and faculty volunteers, and community partners, achieving 14% program growth between 2012-2015

• Recruit, train, and supervise 200+ students, faculty, and community volunteers to effectively deliver, track, and assess Best Buddies programming through the use of an internal, web-based platform
